I found a kewl link on the Revised America On Line Spice Girl's message board [now called The Watercooler] for an individualized daily Trivia competition and thought it would be fun for the AOL Apple Inc. [AAPL] group and for the members of the Attics and Beans Yahoo Groups message board, and of course, for my Kardas.net viewers -- near the end of November 2005 they were activated and ready to roll, so these first two Hall of Fame lists contain only a couple players for November -- hopefully, when my readers see the links they will have some fun and also participate -- it only takes a couple minutes to answer the ten short multiple choice questions. The type of questions asked come from the Fun Trivia web site stash -- they are different every day, so you should not see the same questions two days in a row. You have to sign up to play, and it is FREE -- after answering the questions on one contest, simply go to the next of the three, you are still signed in -- after doing all three of them, sign out. Hey, if you have your own web site, you can organize a trivia quiz for it too! Old screen shots of the players having the top scores each month up to September 2006 are included below so that you can all come to this page to see ALL the winners / month for the three contests -- I discontinued this to save page space because you can find the up to date monthly winners on each of the three trivia pages' HALL OF FAME they added a new feature which I included below -- it presents the players / winners of the previous day so you can see who is playing and their scores when you sign up for the Trivia Contents you also receive an email at the start of each month with a link to the Fun Trivia Hall of Fame for that particular group during the previous month. You must play at least about ten times each month to have your name in the official Trivia Hall of Fame for that month, and the more you play, the greater your accumulated score will be and the higher on the list your name will appear. I am still excruciatingly slowly working on a certificate for the top winner each month since the contests began in November of 2005 -- the winner will have to send me an email with their snail mail address in order to receive their certificate. Please do that ASAP so that I can send them out as soon as I have them made up. Thanks to all who participate, and Good Luck! |
