He is the BRITISH version of TY's 1992 Collectible Bear, the ONLY one which he ever produced having a sewn-in hand-numbered Limited Edition tag and a beautiful CERTIFICATE of LIMITED EDITION!!
 
ONLY 5000 were ever produced (LESS than half that number for adoption in the U.K.??), and probably many of them have lost their certificate and are NOT in MINT condition!!
 
You will NOT see another one offered on the Internet, nor a pic of his CERTIFICATE, because FEW have even seen him nor measured his REAL length-- most references list him as a 21" bear simply because they all copy from each other!!
