I have added this section to my Pimpernelle and Guanche Cattery pages so that the adopting parent/s of my "babies" can tell you, in their own words, about their adoptees.

Hi Sonny,
Just wanted to let you know how things are with the kitten. I've named him Yoda and he is absolutely wonderful!!! I can't thank you enough for helping to bring this beautiful cat into my life. He is a ball of energy and although when we first got him he followed me everywhere he is much more adventurous now and likes to go off exploring on his own. He recently discovered the bathtub and I can't keep him out of there! I'm constantly mopping up little paw prints on the floor.

Yoda is healthy and an absolute joy, anyone who comes to the apartment falls in love with him and he loves all of the attention he gets. I'm attaching some pictures of him so you can see how big he's gotten (almost 3 pounds!) FYI: some of the pics have been photoshopped to get rid of the glare in his eyes.

Again, thank you so much - I can't imagine life without my little Yoda and I couldn't have done it without you :-D Sara

<<Hi Sonny! I know it's been awhile since I was in touch and you were probably wondering how Annabelle was doing. She's sitting on my lap right now - I couldn't have asked for a nicer cat. She is so sweet and friendly. Everyone who visits falls in love with her!
I had her spayed last Saturday, and she's doing just fine.
As I said though, she has been doing wonderfully here, and enjoys playing with a robe tie that she has claimed for her own. She loves tuna fish! She also enjoys sitting by the front window overlooking the pond in comfort, in her special cat window seat. And she loves to sleep on laps, chests, shoulders, etc. I love her very much and am so happy to have her!
Take care!
Sincerely, Elisa >>

<<Sonny -
No sooner did I send your e-mail than Annabelle jumped up on my lap to help me "surf the net". She must feel better now! She has been very lovey ever since.
I want to thank you for everything (and for making her adoption possible for me to afford)- I couldn't be happier with Annabelle. She is beautiful and has the sweetest temperment. It is obvious that she and her brother have been raised in a very loving home environment - this makes such a difference! I would certainly not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who wants a wonderful cat as well as a reasonable price. Everyone who has met Annabelle has fallen in love with her - what a personality! Thank you again!
I saw your revision to the web page! I like it!!
Please feel free to use any part of any of the e-mails I sent to you for your web page, and also to use me as a reference any time. As I said, I will be in touch when I have a date for her neutering. If you need anything in the meantime, I'll be here.
Take care!
Elisa, proud new owner of darling Annabelle Leigh>>

Chance
In a message dated 1/10/99 20:13:47, you write:
<<Hi Sonny! Just wanted to let you know that "Chance" had his first vet visit last night, and got a clean bill of health! He got his second kitten shot, and you got some very nice compliments from my vet. She said that Chance is one of the best looking siamese kittens that she has seen in a long time, and that she was really impressed with how well socialized he is. He was not a bit scared and was so friendly and happy that she had to blow in his face to listen to his heartbeat. He was purring so loud that she couldn't even hear his heartbeat!
Chance has adjusted really well to all of my other animals, and is so affectionate and mischievious that he is a joy to be around! I thought it would take him much longer to adjust, because of all my other animals; after all two dogs, six other cats, one ferret, and four birds are an awful lot of commotion for a little guy to adjust to so quickly, but in about 24 hours he fit right in, and was getting along with everybody. Everyone who sees him falls in love with him, and he is my pride and joy!
The photo is of Chance making his first acquantance with my male Hahn's McCaw. The picture is priceless. Chance is standing on his hindlegs, sitting up, trying to reach the bird (with his claws out), and the bird is leaning off his perch, with his beak wide open, trying to reach Chance. The caption should read "Hi! I'm Chance.....Let's do lunch! Which of us should be the main course!"
I really couldn't be more pleased with Chance, and I love him more every day! Thank you so much for making it possible for me to finally have my siamese. He's a dream come true.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your kittens to anyone, as you already know, since I've already put you in touch with my cousin, who will adopt the male kitten from you later this month. When I come with them to pick up their kitten, I will bring the photo, if I don't catch up with you before then.
Thanks again.....and please know that Chance has a home forever, and couldn't possibly be more loved!
Denise >>
